I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Birmingham, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. This hotel is a true gem in the heart of the city, and I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone visiting Birmingham. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team went out of their way to make me feel at home. I was thrilled to be upgraded to a deluxe room with a stunning view of Birmingham’s skyline, which added a special touch to my stay. The room itself was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a dream every night! I loved the little touches, like the Nespresso machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the sleek bathroom with a powerful rain shower and luxurious toiletries. Everything felt well thought-out, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, offering a fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, from fresh pastries and fruit to full English breakfast items. I also enjoyed a delicious dinner there one evening – the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. The bar area was a great spot to unwind with a cocktail after a day of exploring the city. The location of the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham is unbeatable, especially if you want to be in the heart of the action. It’s just a short walk from major attractions like the Bullring Shopping Centre, Birmingham New Street Station, and the vibrant Brindleyplace area, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I also appreciated how easy it was to get around the city, with excellent transport links nearby. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. When I needed recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, the concierge provided brilliant suggestions. Overall, my stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Whether you’re in Birmingham for a weekend getaway, a business trip, or a special occasion, this hotel is the perfect choice. Stayed here with my two daughters We was on the 16th floor great views of the Christmas market. Breakfast was delicious too!

Excellent rooms, helpful staff and overall very pleasant experience

Pros: The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was generally nice and comfortable. Cons: The windows in the room could not be opened. One of the beds seemed to be missing a layer of sheets compared to the other, which was odd and slightly uncomfortable. The mini-fridge was not cold enough, which made it difficult to keep drinks and snacks fresh. Additionally, the air conditioning would shut off by itself periodically, which was inconvenient and affected the overall comfort. Overall, while there were some positives, there are several areas that need improvement to enhance the guest experience.
